Robért Aouad is a seasoned media professional with nearly a decade of experience in creating powerful content that sparks massive ratings, clicks, followers and engagement for some of the biggest media brands on the planet.
Robért is currently a producer for CNN's At This Hour with John Berman & Kate Bolduan, where he oversees the production of the daily show, line produces, writes, and coordinates with desks and bureaus around the globe in assigning reporters and correspondents to cover the world's most important stories.
Prior to joining CNN, Robért was a producer for CNBC’s Mad Money with Jim Cramer. He oversaw several aspects of show production, line produced, booked Fortune 500 CEOs, field produced remote shoots, wrote and produced teases, promotions, social content and original material for the web, including Cramer’s Executive Cut and the massively successful CNBC.com franchise, the Cramer Remix. Robért developed and executed social strategies that sparked millions of impressions for Mad Money on Facebook and Twitter, solidifying @MadMoneyOnCNBC’s position as the top show account in terms of followers and engagement for the network. Robért also assisted the network as a fill-in producer for the breaking news desk and received two consecutive NBCUniversal GEM Awards from management for outstanding achievement.
Prior to joining CNBC, Robért started his media career at Fox News Channel’s Studio B & The Fox Report with Shepard Smith, which led cable news in the ratings for both hours by leaps and bounds. Robért was promoted multiple times, rising from an intern to a writer/producer for both programs in a matter of just two years. Robért created copy, show opens, packages, teases and original online content for foxnews.com/shep. He also assisted in the production of special coverage and multiple breaking news events, from the Presidential election to the killing of Osama Bin Laden. Robért also managed the @TeamShep Twitter account, attracting tens of thousands of new followers in a matter months.
Robért’s passion for the industry was ignited as an intern at NBC, where he assisted one of the best graphics teams in the business in creating content for a variety of industry-leading programs, including Today, Dateline, and Nightly News. He was one of 20 interns selected for the NBC Intern Pilot Program, in which teams conceptualized a new program and pitched the idea to a panel of NBC Universal executives.
Robért and his family recently relocated from New York City to Atlanta, where his wife is the Executive Producer for HLN’s Morning Express With Robin Meade.
